Every hardware problem is different we will determine the type of hardware problem that you may have then we will contact you and go over what needs to be done to fix that problem.

The hard drive of your computer holds all your valuable information but they will fail over time. If this happens it can cause your computer to freeze frequently or not work at all. Depending on the state of the hard drive it may be possible for us to recover your data and replace the hard drive and information back on your computer.
